We want you to be happy with iWedPlan. This policy explains when refunds are available.
1. One-Time Purchases
Because publish unlocks the site immediately, purchases are non-refundable once the site has been published or the add-on activated.
2. Before Publish
If you paid but have not yet published your site, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
3. Faulty Service
If the Service is defective and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
4. How to Request
Contact us through the support channel listed on the site with your payment reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank.
